About Myra Frances

Myra Frances, born on 10 March 1943, is married to the actor Peter Egan and has worked for many years in films and TV. However, she is probably best known for the first lesbian kiss on British TV. This was with Alison Steadman.

Now retired from acting, Myra Frances lives in London.

Both Myra Frances and her husband Peter Egan are long standing and enthusiastic supporters of Our Disappearing Planet and we have welcomed them to various shows to support the charity.
